Store Person

Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Store worker to join our client’s team in Ballarat VIC. This role offers casual full-time hours and a variety of day-to-day tasks in a busy store and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mixing paint accurately to customer specifications

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• General store worker and warehouse duties, including stock handling and housekeeping

• Completing local deliveries using a small company truck

Requirements:

• Current Car (C Class) licence – essential for local deliveries

• Ability to work in a physical, hands-on role

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when mixing paint

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Previous store, warehouse, or retail experience (highly regarded but not essential)
